In March of 2022 I became a fellow of the London College of Music.
This year marks my 30th anniversary working in the creative industries. Receiving this acknowledgment of my work from an awarding body such as the LCM is humbling to say the least. The award is an RQF level 7 qualification. London College of Music examiners remarked that;
The teaching philosophy and the teaching case studies are worthy of particular note. These were found to be informative, insightful and relevant.
The work that I undertake is constantly evolving. This year my colleagues and I at the MLC launched MLC Powered by Marshall in the United Kingdom*. The platform is designed to build a bridge between education and the industry. It aims to make a career within the creative industries both achieveable and sustainable.
*MLC, powered by Marshall, will become available across the world over the next 18 months. To find out more, please visit musiclearningcollective.com.
